This year's trophy isn't just a prize; it's a tribute to the legacy of the late and great, Phill Young, the undefeated champion of our previous cook-offs. We will be dedicating the trophy in honor of Phill moving forward every year deeming it the Phill Young Award for Excellence in BBQ!
We also decided to go big this year with a special performance by homegrown legend Planet Asia and emcees Omar Aura, Otis Reed, MC Wicks, Dj Alex. Planet Asia will also be doing a meet and greet afterward for VIP ticket holders!
At Full Circle Brewing Co., our journey to becoming the largest Black-owned brewery in the U.S. is something we're proud of. It's been an amazing ride, especially after teaming up with Speakeasy Ales and Lagers.
